The Research School for Biotechnology (FOBI) gathers and supports PhD education within the dynamic biotech environments at DTU, KU-LIFE and KU-SUND.

The emphasis is on collaboration within groups at The Research School on the basis of joint methodology rather than common biological systems. Consequently, opportunities for synergy emerge within scientific fields that are physically and mentally separated today.

The Research School for Biotechnology is a part of the Danish Biotech Research Academy (DBRA).
